Ever since she was small Fiona has hated the constrictions of court and the nobility life, despite all the privileges it afforded her - after all, a noble lady shouldn't be running around in the mud collecting snails. As she grew, Fiona quickly learned to hide her whereabouts and her interests from court, even while making friends with Ash, a crown prince of another kingdom.
During her late teenage years, Fiona started secretly experimenting with snail breeding, funded by her gambling talents. Her biggest success turned out to be very lucrative - an imitation dye of royal purple that cost a fraction to produce and only required a few alternative ingredients.
Shortly after hearing her betrothal to the crown prince Ash would very soon be finalized into a wedding and take her away from all of her business ventures and worldly interests, she got herself into a deadly dragon encounter. Her lady in waiting, Maud, remains in mourning and is putting her legal affairs to rest.
Fiona is headstrong, sarcastic, knows exactly what she wants in life, and is unwilling to be parted from it. She likes the finer things in life, but is not afraid to gets her hand dirty with her experiments, and is used to relying on her quick mind.
