Supporting cast

Liri, A friendly farmer with a sickle and a wanted poster with his face behind him

Liri

A friendly farmer with a sickle...who looks strangely familiar?

Leo, a guard-knight from Tiffany's tower, with plate armour and a staff

Leo

A guard-knight from Tiffany's limited entourage at the tower, he is one of the few points of human contact and the only person allowed to travel between the nearby town and the tower for supplies and sending messages. Despite the rigurous years of physical training needed to become a knight-guard, Leo seems strangely clumsy in his body.

Tiffany, the prince's new match, a tall noble lady spinning yarn

Tiffany

Prince Rhi'assur's new potential match, waiting in a tower for his arrival to start the traditional mating ritual. Tiffany is not in any rush and accepted the suit for the golden opportunity to question a real dragon on draconian history and society. With a passion for fibre arts, despite her high status she is always seen with a spindle or a loom on hand, but strangely enough seems clumsy within her body.

Virgil, Ash's younger brother standing on the ramparts about to burn a royal document

Virgil

Ash's younger brother, and only blood-descendant of the king and queen. Virgil is not happy with how the kingdom is being run.

King Sezar and Queen Berea, hand in hand, saluting the masses in front of their kingdom's banner

King Sezar and Queen Berea

The reigning royals of Ash's kingdom, who believe in keeping an heir an a spare. Hand in unloveable hand.

Dark Lord Robert, potion in hand, as a skeleton hand rises from the ground pointing at him

Dark Lord Robert

Also known as the Dark Lord of Bones, DL Robert, or (secretly) Uncle Robert, he overtook a kingdom of the alliance through right of conquest, turning a war-torn and poverty stricken area into a prosperous economy through dark magic and copious use of an army of skeletons. The army is used both for guard duty and as free labour in the coveted iron mine whose working conditions are too dangerous for regular humans.

Cadmus, a skeleton in robes and gugel looking sadly at a spilled cauldron

Cadmus

Head skeleton and former seneschal of the Dark Lord. Cadmus is in charge of the skeleton army for as much as it will listent to him, and has sent them out across the kingdoms in a search pattern.

Jean, a knight in pruple plate armour with her helmet under her arm and an axe in hand

Jean

As the Captain of the knight guard she is beholden directly to King Sezar. Despite being a very busy person, she took pity on Ember and had a hand in her promotion to knight.

Violet, with a quiver of arrows at her hip and a bow in hand.

Violet

Member of a small society of people living in the king's forests and guarding them from poachers as per an ancient agreement. Violet is a proficient hunter and has a big crush on a local red-haired knigh

Maud

Lady in waiting to the late duchess Fiona, with a passion for history and forgotten treasure.

Spotlight, with a pointy cowl-hat looking at a creature that emits darkness floating above her hand

Spotlight
